Ordered and have used the same pan almost daily since May 2019. It was a good 2 years and 2 months. Today she cracked and burst in the oven. Probably my fault? Was the first time I ever used it on broil. Maybe not supposed to? Anyway as soon as I flipped a turkey burger patty over, and the juice ran to the edge it just popped and the corner fell off. Very sad. They are expensive, but beats eating aluminum that contributes to neurodegenerative problems like alzheimer's and dementia. I don't think they are supposed to burst with proper care. Going to research so I don't do whatever I probably did, again. I will order a new one - but a different brand because I see I can get a larger one for almost the same price point! *update* It is in fact that it was on broil that the pan broke, so my fault. Also the pan is a lot cheaper on the pampered chef website ($35 right now).

I have loved and used Pampered Chef stone ware for 30 years, still using my pizza stone and large lasagna pan. I had given my well seasoned brownie pan to my daughter when she had kiddos to bake with, and I missed it when I waned to bake goodies. The Best at perfect browning the bottom, easy to remove even the stickies bars. Cleans up in a snap with just hot water!

It is hard to rate something when you do not get the product advertised.
