Received product in good condition. It is good quality for the price...1 star less because the tongs are not included...which is basic requirement with hookah.

The quality of the product looks just fine

The flask quality looks good but other parts quality looks very mediocre. I have not started using it yet but I can say it with confidence that it won’t last long, some of the parts is using plastic which I am really surprised.I would have ordered a different one had I known the quality of the product before hand.

Product could have been good but these guys did not provide the downstem which dips in water, essentially making the hookah useless. Ordered as a gift for someone and ended up with this feedback..so it was an overall poor experience.
