Q: Can anyone point me to pictures of xlf installed flush in wall or slightly indented in wall with flange removed?

Q: I just rec’d my electric fireplace…down in the box is what appears to be a mirrored piece shattered….does anyone know what this piece is called?

It includes 2 glass pieces; one goes behind the ember tray and one goes on the front. The user's manual will give you the part number. ADDCO 503-488-9735

Q: What battery is in the remote control

The remote requires a 3 Volt (CR2032 [longer life] or CR2025) Battery

Q: Is there an adjustment to slow the speed of the flame action? Strikes me as too fast and not relaxing.

Pages 14-18 in the manual review the capable functions and unfortunately it does not have an adjustment for flicker speed.
