Everything is in pieces and you have to put it together. Ended up using tape to get sticks to stay on cards. Balloons had terrible smell and tasted like gasoline when trying to blow them up. Good theme but lacks quality I’ve seen with other party sets.

This was perfect for our Tangled birthday party. Quality was good. Some assembly required. Made decorating a breeze!
