Works as advertised! This effectively removed the mineral build-up inside my Zojirushi hot water kettle and it’s now spotless. I will buy the 900g bottle next time as it’s far more cost effective than these single use packets. Photo shows the difference after use, compare to the build-up above the max water line. I prefer the powder to the liquid descalers. Easier to store and handle. Good quantity in small box that is easy to store.

I use this every other month in my Mocha Master and use a cleaning powder on alternating months. Have been using for several years and have no problems with coffee maker. Coffee always tastes good too. I always use filtered water to make coffee and this makes a difference too
