Delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Needed to employ a younger mind to assist with the fit originally, but once that was done there was no problem. Will be using this for an upcoming airline trip and am eager to avoid surface damages to my Rollator such as those incurred another flight. I am very pleased with the quality and fit of this cover so far.

Great bag for air travel. The walker is well protected from the rough handling of checked baggage. Only thing to note is that there is a specific way that the walker fits inside. (Handles must be lowered all the way down and wheels turned in). Glad I saw this tip in another review as the bag does not come with any instructions. Highly recommend.

Nice bag but does NOT Carbon Ultralight model.EDIT: We returned the bag for a refund then reordered it hoping a different one would fit after making sure we followed directions. The next one was sent from the company directly and it fit! Ready to take first flight next month so will see how it holds up. 5 stars

This is a great fit for the rollator and makes my life so much easier for transporting and checking; easy to pack. However, the bag takes up too much room when folded up. Has anyone tried removing the liner/padding? I had to mar this beautiful item, but once we arrive at our destination and are using the rollator, the storage bag takes up ½ my suitcase!!

This sturdy bag lasted through several checked flights on our trip. The rollator was unharmed during our travels. Because we had a rolling carryon, my husband checked his rollator and when we picked it up with our other luggage he used the carry strap to carry it and the rolling luggage to stabilize his walking. The bag is thick material and held up well. We were thankful for other reviews that explained how to fit the rollator in the bag, particularly turning the front wheels backward, as it is a snug fit. After a little practice we had no trouble getting it loaded.

Nicely padded! I took the advice I read on other reviews - lowered the handles, folded rollator with the seat tucked down, put the case on the floor, slid the stationary wheels end in first all the way, put the little velcroed cushion between the rotating wheels with wheels aimed in, tucked the top in and zipped up! Easy-peasy!

Although it looks good, this is extremely hard to put on the rollator. Especially when you are at the airport trying to put it on quickly before checking it. It’s not a one person job. It fits very very snugly and only fits on one way. There is no room for error. I wish it were easier. Disappointed !

I purchased the walker about a year ago. I planned a trip to Mexico this past October and wanted to take my walker. This carrier was perfect to pack, load and carry. Very sturdy fabric, good zipper, lightweight, everything was great for travel. Very glad I purchased.
