You literally finish the case before finding the scooper, they should have it up on the top when you open the case but its literally all the way at the bottom, make sure u have 1 before opening a new case

Our little guy was having digestion problems, and often not being able to hold down his meal. After several visits to the pediatrician, we were recommended this baby formula to help with his digestive issues. As a vine reviewer, I was blown away to actually find this large quantity available to me after having bought this formula in the past. I can tell you through our anecdotal experience, that this formula did a great job of helping him hold his food down, and making feeding time a non harrowing experience. Before this, he would cry all the time and not feel well. This organic ingredient list, as well as the added vitamins and minerals do a wonderful job of providing a good nutritional balance as well as a pleasant flavor. I actually gave it a little taste myself one time, and found it to be pretty good. My wife is extremely happy with it, and if you have a child with some difficulty holding down baby formula, perhaps it's worth giving this brand a try. I really have only good experience with this Burt's Bees organic baby formula, so I do highly recommend it. Of course, I think it's a good idea to consult your pediatrician before making any kind of change, but I do think this is a very reputable and well performing baby formula. From our experience, it's fantastic.

Love the formula! But very frustrated that it is isn't eligible for return or replacement through amazons website. The product is contaminated because the metal lid is not sealed therefore it is not okay to use. I feel like the product should be replaced or my money returned to me.

Due to my low supply, my baby gets a mix of breast milk and formula. I had him on Enfamil ready to feed which he chugs but those are super pricey and now that he eats 30 oz a day I needed to get some powder in the mix. I tried Enfamil NeuroPro and he wasn’t feeling it. Just would t take it unless I had 2/3 breast milk and I have low supply so this couldn’t happen.I tried Burts Bees regular infant milk which he drank up on the first bottle offered BUT that made him spit up. So enter this magical extra gentle formula and yes yes yes! My guy chugs this down every time, none of the Drake hand he had been giving me with the Enfamil. You have to shake it up very well to get it mixed all the way in. We mix with distilled water and baby chugssss! My only beef is that there isn’t a little slot on the lid for the scoop so it sits in the powder which ya know after you touch it is kinda germy. So I keep my scoops in a stasher bag next to the canister.
