Check sizing
I have 6inch wrist 3inch across palm..I bought the XL as requested by another review..the fit is perfect on the palm , the wrist is way too tight and so I cut the wrist band by half , it did roll up a bit but it still falls at my wrist and now it's at its perfect compression for my hand. Not too tight that I can't wear all day and it doesn't restrict any blood flow. I like the complete fingerless option..easy on /off for bathroom, watching hands etc. please note I wanted more of a compression glove for my hand and not so much my wrist so cutting the wrist by half the size worked out perfectly for me, there is still a compression to my wrist but it's not as uncomfortably tight and it goes to the top of my watch/bracket with a slight roll, instead of that 4 inches they provide.. they can be easily hand washed no dryer.I am very happy with these altered and the price is great.

Size up!!!
These are of seemingly high quality, good thickness and seams have yet to fray. The issue is that they are far tighter than similar products I ordered from other sellers. WAAAAY tighter. I perceive myself to be size small. For these I ordered size medium to make sure they would work no matter what. Instead, on my dominant hand it is so tight that it causes my fingers to bunch inward at the largest joint by the palm such that it causes cramps and cannot be worn for longer than an hour. For some reason, I guess in this brand I am a large. For rough comparison I am a female 5’6” and 140 pounds. I have no curves or largeness to me.Again, good quality but you will likely need to try on and send back at least once to get the appropriate size.

Tight
I bought the large because of other reviewers saying they run small. Even the large was too tight. I normally am between a small and a medium.

Refreshing Alternative to Classic Wrist/Thumb Supports
These guys fit snugly and provide consistent compression on my thumb and hand, which has severe arthritis. The nicest thing about them is they don't have edges like velcro clasps that snag on my pocket when I reach in for my keys. I have had them a few weeks and they show no wear. They are slightly looser than when I first put them on, but just slightly. They tend to be pretty tight so I recommend getting a larger size than you think. I am using a large, which was pretty hard to slip on the first time. My hand is usually between a men's medium and large glove size.

Very Tight
I wear a small U.S. size 6 glove. I’m very happy I read the reviews and therefore purchased size Large. It’s tight at the thumb (that’s ok) but unbearable at the wrist. I had to make a 1/2 inch cut at the wrist to keep my blood circulating. The quality of the sleeve is good. But, I think this would fit a child a lot better.

Mild support, given to cramping hand though
For fit, my wrist is about 6.2 inches around, and my hand almost exactly 4" across at the widest. I purchased the Medium.Presently I have a persistent TFCC injury in both wrists, and a bit of De Quervain's tenosynovitis in my right hand. I ordered these because I wanted something to fit under a thermoplastic brace I was having fitted, and something to provide a little bit of underlying support to prevent further injury and help current injuries heal. It's an odd duck. My experience matches many here - the sleeve near the wrist is well-fitted but not tight enough to support. The sleeve at the hand is too tight and causes cramping - especially with the part of the hand between the index finger and the thumb (the "thenar webspace" for the curious). It felt too tight and just constrictive - sleeping in it proved impossible, as consciously or otherwise the sleeve always ended up removed before the night was through. I could wear it for some time during the day without problem - a couple hours even - but eventually I'd want to remove it. It provides no tangible benefit for me except that it acts as a sleeve for the stiffer brace. Maybe a size Large will serve that purpose without causing the pain.Honestly, cannot recommend it. It does not do what I need it to do, nor what it purports to do, without causing intolerable discomfort.

Didn't fit
Please be aware that these are smaller than average. Best thing you can do is measure your hand before buying them. My wrist measures at 22cm. My Palm at 20cm all the way around. I ordered the XXL and they are super tight. So they run small. They did cut off my circulation. They are high quality bit sizing is off. To bad I have to return if I can.

Great
I have a tfcc tear so I throw these on under my utility gloves when mowing and it even prevents blisters and swelling. My wife works on the computer all the time and she saw an extra pair laying around when she had carpal tunnel pain and that was helpful. They fit both our hands and work well for our needs.
