Great for a snack
I got these for a snack to bring to work. They give you a little sweetness from the caramel and they’re not hard or crunchy, which I like. The vanilla balances it out perfectly. They’re very good, and gluten free! I do wish there were a few more in the package for the price, but I really like them. I’m going to be buying more and seeing if there’s more flavors. There is 1 waffle in each individual package.

Rip Van makes an incredible product, I have utilized several different types including the wafers in every flavor. We all know that the key to weight loss is cutting out carbs and sugars you can deny if you want to but that's the reality, you know it and I know it ... Rip Van makes a great product that helps us sugar addicts, if that's your hang up and it has been mine,... To Segway into better eating and burning clean. These are delicious and at this point are sweet to me on the very rare occasions that I actually do have them now because I've made a lot of progress. I strongly suggest that you take advantage of this product line to help you get to a better version of yourself. I deserve it, you deserve it, we owe it to ourselves. And remember to stick to your routines.

Too sweet for me
This cookie is very sweet, and I prefer crunchy coolies. I gave the rest of my cookies to my neighbor. It is very very hard to find gluten free, low sugar cookies!

Product good, Amazon shipping package horrible!
Product is tastie with just enough filling to balance the wafels flavor. The wafel is also packaged well enought to survive the trip.However, who puts a flimsy box is a flimsy plastic white shipping bag. This review is more about the CRAPPY packing by Amazon. Come on, there are times we get small items in huge boxes with no packing material and now this . . . do better!
