So charging your phone on this pad can be a little tricky - have to make sure that you lay it down in just the right area. But I could deal with that since that seems to be the case with a number of chargers.Unfortunately a few days ago I woke up and saw that my phone hasn’t charged much at all. I figured it was just my bad placement. But the next day the same thing happened and after some testing I realized that the charger now charges my phone OR my watch, not both at the same time. And when it does charge, it does so super slowly.I didn’t expect this product to last forever, but for it to not even make it 2 years is disappointing. I would not buy again.

It works most of the time, but I often have to unplug the power and plug it back in so the watch will charge. It is also hard to get the phone onto the correct spot for charging, at least if you’re doing it blind in the dark on top of the headboard over your head. Needing to reset it is annoying though because it can stop working in the middle of the night and you wake up with nothing charged.

It’s a decent charging hub. The main reason I bought it is because it condenses all of my common electronics into a central hub. The placement of the iPhone is bothersome though. I’m not sure if it’s due to the battery location on the iPhone 13 or something else, but I usually have to place the iPhone on the charging pad with most of the upper half being in the center. Ymmv.

I got this because my phone charger had stopped working & my apple watch charger disappeared. It was doing great when i got it but for the past 2 weeks i’ve been waking up & my phone is dead. I went to bed & the battery on my phone would have the lightning bolt saying it’s charging but i didn’t actually charge my phone… it ended up completely dead.

the phone charger is nice, but i have woken up several mornings when it wasn’t charged because it’s very particular about placement and if it moves the slightest bit it’ll start blinking and won’t charge. the blue light must be on to be able to tell it’s charging

I ordered one before I bought 3 more to see if it was what I wanted for my family when we travel. It came packaged nice, but when I plugged it in it didn’t work. I tried the cord directly in the usb plug and it worked. I tried it with a different adapter and it worked. So I will keep it even though the adapter doesn’t work and I had to find another. I will still order the 3 others I need because they are compact and what I was looking for, hopefully the plug on the others work.

Great concept.. execution meh! The upright watch charger didn’t have strong magnetic capabilities, so my watch didn’t charge correctly. And the phone placement is very precise. Will try to find another solution.

Good concept with the three-in-one charger. However, it falls short of the charging capacity. It’s a hit or misses whether or not the phone charger spot will work. The watch charging spot doesn’t charge your watch to a full charge. It’s a hassle and regretful buy. I would like to say that the company went above and beyond to try to make this right. They sent me a replacement to try again. When the replacement didn't work, they sent me a new model and it worked. They are a company about customer service and making things right even when their product fails. I would buy from them again knowing they will do what's right and make the customer satisfied.
