Certainly hope so, that’s what I’ve got.! Yes it is fine for Bosch Tassimo machines, I’ve used this brand for 3-4 years with no issues.

Can this be used with delonghi magnifica bean to cup?

Yes you can use them in anything you are descaling. I used them in my integrated Miele machine and they are perfect and so much cheaper than the Miele descaling tablets

How often do I need to use this descaler? Every week?

My Tassimo Coffee machine indicates when descaling is necessary. Your coffee machine instruction should advise you. Generally, look inside your kettle as a guide, if only a smearing of limescale I would say monthly at 4 coffees per day. If thick limescale build up in kettle, then more often. If in a softer water area perhaps every 3-4 months. Collect the descaler-water after passing through the coffee machine and use it to clean out your kettle, taps and sink from scale.
