Frame is functional, usable, and my only real quibble is that the mat comes in 2 parts. If you don't want the stairstep look for a smaller print you may want to look elsewhere for a solid internal mat. It does the job, the art looks good. It matches the color and finish of all my other matt black frames.Amazon barely tossed some bubble wrap on this and shoved it in a shallow box. It would have been VERY easy for crush damage to occur. Not the fault of the person selling the frame.

The quality of this product seems excellent, it even comes very easy to hang.They seemed to bubble wrap it a lot, yet, to my surprise the frame came damaged.If this frame is damaged, I bet you a TON of them are damaged from their distributor or manufacturing or holding facility.Upsetting because this is something you have on your wall displaying one of your pieces of art.I will consider changing this entire review to 5 stars if sent a new one that is not damaged.Otherwise you could tell this frame has a lot of potential.

It's a frame for pictures, works just like it was intended to work. Not surprised.

Mine came intact but the measurements are off. Threw it in the trash cause I don't even want to deal with this garbage for thirty dollars. Should have read the reviews before ordering so BUYERS BEWARE!!

Exactly what the first review said. 2 orders, both shattered because the only protection was a folded piece of brown paper over the glass. Don't waste your time.

Bubble wrap around the frame did not keep it from arriving with glass in many pieces. Ordered a replacement. Fingers crossed.

Two orders...two orders with broken glass. Might be a nice product but I guess I'll never know.

I ordered two of these. Both were shipped in separate boxes. I heard broken glass in one of them, so I returned it and a replacement was sent. It seemed to be packed okay, just rough handling in transit I guess.I love the frames. They look great.

Nothing wrong with the product itself but when I took the frame out of the package I felt something sharp, and imbedded in my hand was a piece of glass. The front had not broken so the glass was not from this frame.

Not very good quality for the price. It arrived in once piece at least.
