Almond Flour Crackers by Real Phat Foods - Low Carb, Gluten-Free Keto Crackers - Variety Pack of 3 (Original, Rosemary, Pepper)

Keto has been great and mostly pretty easy, but with one huge challenge: my life long love of gourmet cheeses on simple crackers. I just want something that won't screw up my macros but still has that simple palate and crunchiness of water crackers and these come pretty darn close. They still have a texture like thin hard cheesecake crust so they're far more crumbly than flaky like a conventional cracker. The flavored ones are pretty good but the regular ones had a weird top ramen like taste to them. I keep going back to the Carbolicious Melba toasts, for their earth shaking crunchiness though, for anyone interested.

I was pleased with the taste of these crackers (I got the original.) Other keto crackers I’ve tried all seemed to be bland, but these taste great. While they’re not as crispy as saltines they still have a nice bite to them which I appreciate. The only problem is their packaging. While the resealable top is handy, the bag does nothing to protect the crackers. The majority of them are broken into tiny bits. There were only six unbroken crackers in the pictured bag (yes, I counted) with the rest being shattered. For $10 a bag it’s not worth the money to end up with a bag of pieces smaller than an American dime. Sure can’t fit a piece of cheese on that. I won’t repurchase until the packaging is sturdier. I don’t need crackers that badly.

Phat crackers did it for me. I had tried every keto cracker I could get my hands on but the taste and texture were always so off putting I found them to be inedible. I found these by Phat and the world changed and thankfully for the better. Keto is great but there are some things that are hard to give up and crackers for me was one of them. I also found that I could pound out the Cracked Pepper flavored crackers and use the resulting crumbs for panko. What a revelation. These come in Original, Rosemary and Cracker Pepper. I like them all and will definitely keep them in my pantry.

These are hands down the BEST keto crackers out there, but unfortunately they arrived so crushed up that it was impossible to use them as crackers. I still ate them and they were still delicious, but the pieces were too small to dip into anything or eat without a spoon. Also, the serving size is 14 crackers, but since they were so crushed up it was hard to tell whether I was having more than just one serving. Quite disappointing.

Perfect perfect perfect. Reminds me of wheat thins but a tad but softer. My favorite keto cracker. I pack them for a snack with cheese and some salami. Waitng for them to come back in stock so I can stock up

We only received two bags. For ~$30 , that is $10/bag. While they are good, to only receive two bags for this amount is bad because you cannot discuss with whomever ships them. I received another flavor and it had the three bags.

The ingredient and nutrition quality is above average, so I decided to try. I may buy again because there are not many options that fit my criteria of low carb, no dairy, and clean ingredients. I hope they find a way to decrease the thickness and add crispness.
