The media could not be loaded. Absolutely disappointing, I did not expect Amazon to deliver such a thrash product. Ptron, if u r looking into this, this was absolutely horrendous. I've bought from Amazon before and ptron products only and they have never been such a downside. But the fact that the headphones didn't come with the round case that I saw in other people's reviews and one of the headphones don't work properly. Bass is good but this is highly undermining. I so did not expect this. I've given the item for return. Absolutely freaking disappointed. This is not the first time I'm ordering something from Amazon but definitely a first time for this kind of a led down.

Good sound quality

Everything is good, amazing quality at this prize.Note- don't try to pull or stretch the wire, most commonly it will break from the ear bud, it's lose(fragile) from there.

Brought 2 at a time. Earphone fit was not good. Earphone is suited for big size ear. Also build quality of the earphone is not that good. Mic receiving plastic cover is weak. Also got damage withing 2 week of uses. Other one is working ok till now

I have been using the earphones for more than two months - which is about 40 working days. And they have stopped working. While they were working, I used them only for office calls (work from home) on laptop and iPad. So no heavy physical use - very gentle actually. The sound quality and voice picked by the headphones was good. I hear the "truer" sound quality of the speaker on the other end of the video call (much better than the laptop sound). Folks have never complained about my voice either with these headphones.Thus while they worked, they were wonderful. However the headphones lasted only two months; you might be luckier

The out put quality of this headphone is disappointing. I was using this brand for 2 years, however this headphone I got is not the best in Sound quality. Out put is sound is deep and not clear and uncomfortable earbuds. Spare buds also same size, so it's making uncomfortable in using. Bass is good, however over all quality in Sound is not good as it used to be. Its time to switch another brand.

Dear brothers and sisters, plz dont buy any of the ptron product. Totally waste 1st i have purchased ptron dual drive Earphone its stopped woking in 26 days. Then i have planned to claim warranty through online. They said to purchase another ptron Earphone then share the new product invoice and product images, we will refund your amount to your bank account. I also purchased another ptron boom lite earphone and shared invoice and product photo still they are not refund my money. Within 6 days this ptron boom lite Earphone also not working. Totally disappointed with ptron product. Please guys dont buys this two products ptron dual drive and ptron boom lite coz i have experienced for this two products.
