This stuff smells absolutely horrible, so if you're using it for your nose you're going to have a bad day... but it works so well that it's worth it in my opinion. I haven't experienced any of the negative issues that other people mentioned. Regarding chemical burns - I don't have sensitive skin, and I've only used it a max of once per day, and no issues so far. Cleared up my skin super quick as well so I'm only using it as needed vs daily. Regarding bleaching of pillow cases, I waited a minimum of 30 minutes before going to bed and haven't noticed any issues with discoloration of my pillow cases. (My pillow cases are black) So far I'm happy with my purchase.

I was skeptical at first, because I thought this product was no longer being made by Neutrogena. Found it here and thought I might get an expired product. That was NOT the case. This is the only product I use for blackheads in my t-zone. I like it because it is a clear gel, or a thick cream. And it does not feel sticky once applied. I can use it with other products with no issues. It works to keep blackheads away.

Seller didn’t ship order for one month, finally received the item. Expiration date is ok, packaging too. The serum has strange strong smell, I guess it’s sulfur. Serum is transparent and invisible when applied. Can be a bit sore if there’s damaged skin. I have blackheads on my nose so I applied it only there. No sticky feelings. Will continue to use, hope it will help to rid off of blackheads.

disappointed, it has a horrible smell & does not work

Very easy to apply. Right after a shower I will squeeze a small amount on my forehead, both cheeks, around my nose and my chin. I rub it in, let it dry and then apply face lotion. If I forget the lotion, I will be reminded of it all day because my face will be so tight and shiny. (I don't wear make up)It's not oily, kind of watery and thin tbh. Gotta rub it in fast.Keeps my face clear and my pores normal looking.This is my second time purchasing, will repurchase after this as well.

I bought this product to help with blackheads. Thankfully I don’t have an issue with acne, but I occasionally do have some blackheads on my nose. If I had to use this on other parts of my face I might be inclined to keep it, but after trying it twice, I tossed it in the trash. The smell is so wretched, so nasty that I gagged. Maybe a cross between feet, dirty old man smell and rotten cheese. I can’t believe this got the stamp of approval from the testers at Neutrogena. Gag.

I read in a magazine that this was a great product. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m looking forward to it.
