B12 (CYANOcobalamin) does not appear to be plant based
The product description states that it contains Plant based vitamins. The form of B12 stated in the description is Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic form while the natural form is usually Methylcobalabin. Given this, I am not sure if all the B vitamins in the product are naturally sourced!

Best brand for vegetarian Vit B complex
It is a good brand and I have been taking Vit B complex of this brand for more than a year. I lack Vit B 12 but the problem is when I stopped taking it for 2 months the symptoms repeated like tingling in feets and periods some 5-7 days late. So, I have started taking it again. You should try it definitely.
