Bloodstained Justice The Darlie Routier Story

Good Book to read
Blood stain justice is a very good book! IN this highly profile case. Not only does the author provide court transcripts, the abundance of circumstantial evidence of who murdered Devon and damian routier. Lets look into this because there are some who believe circumstantial evidence is not substantial to determine a persons guilt.Circumstantial evidence is evidence that is presented in a case that can prove directly that the person committed the crime. i.e. physical evidence, blood evidence, hand and footprints and even human behavior. Remember Scott Peterson was carrying on an affair during his wife missing. In this case there is ample blood evidence that directly proves that the killer was Darlie. The only blood at the scene was of her and the two boys, plus handprint and feet prints, both her and Darin has changed their testimony of events several times. Her "human behavior" after the event is suspicious. For example asking her friend to go into her home to hide or grab the sex toys so officers will not "see" them, and the silly string saga. There is no other plausible theory than Darlie killed her boys because she is narcisstic, highly manipulative- overwhelming materialistic person. What stands out in this strong circumstantial case is their first utter words " we talked about finances and that the boys couldn't play baseball because of the new baby, yet she was planning a trip to Cancun with her girlfriends". Trips are costly and she was thinking of her self, also the reason she gave for sleeping down in the living room " she couldn't sleep upstairs because the baby would wake her when he turned over" ummm. The dog didn't wake her while her sons were being brutally murdered within inches of where she sleeps by the "phantom intruder" nor did the crazy cat in the cage make noise. Mind you this cage was next to the screen that was cut by the knife used in the home and placed back into the knife block. The cage was not disturbed, or the boxes next to the window. Not a "real" intruder would take the time to put back a knife used for his/her crime only the person trying to get away with it.Also the knife used to kill the boys has her dna and theirs. The sink was washed yet luminal found ample blood evidence that this is where "she" inflicted her own superficial wounds. The blood evidence alone all matches the killer and the two precious boys. She did not aid in helping the boys while they lie dying.Sick personThe infamous sock -lets be clear it had her dna along with the boys I suspect she used it and discarded it in the alley way behind her house. The sock belonged to Darin it was retrieved out of the laundry room. The shirt alone had hers and the boys blood stains on it. I will reiterate, again their conflicting stories to various police officers, hospital workers, friends and family about what happened, this can be classified as direct evidence. An innocent mother would not change her story over and over and over, plus when it came to whom committed these crimes it would be seared in their memoryNO Cuts on Darlies feet when she claimed she ran through the kitchen after wine glass fell. The crime scene was staged. I believe beyond a reasonable doubt the only person responsible for the murders is where she should be on death row- Darlie Routier is the killer. I believed it when it occurred and even now that her supporters are trying to save her life by misleading the public of the true facts in the case.IN June 2017 another DNA test was done and the only person identifiable properties was of Darlie and the boys. Read this book it will help shed light on the killer in the house. ANY DOUBT WATCH FORENSIC FILE SEASON 3 EPISODE 4 WHICH DESCRIBES IN DETAIL THE CRIME SCENE EVIDENCE POINTS TO ONE PERPETRATOR "NOT PHAMTON INTRUDER" ONLY PERSON WHOM DONE THIS HORRIFIC CRIME IS DARLIE HERSELF

Interesting and definitely thorough
Whether you agree with the author's conclusion or not, the sheer volume of information presented is impressive. In places it drags a little, especially if you don't like verbatim transcripts. It's still well worth reading. I have followed this case for decades now and learned a couple of things from this book. One interesting thing that I wonder if anyone else has noticed is in one of the color pictures of Darlie's bruises. The one showing the stitches on her right arm doesn't actually show a bruise. What is shows is skin darkened by betadine or chloraprep that was put on her arm to decrease the chances of infection. I worked in a trauma center ED for years and recognized the way it stops and starts a few inches above and below the area where she received stitches. Not the picture showing darkening of the inside of her arm. The one showing her stitched wound. Just something that caught my eye.It could have been a 5 star book; numerous formatting errors and a few spelling errors kept it from that. Read it and draw your own conclusions

This was simply unreadable
I really want my money back, but apparently I can't get a refund. This was unreadable. It was like reading a bad facebook argument from someone who spends all their time on social media arguing this case, without enough time in a grammar lesson, or even proof reading. Whoever told this individual they should write a book owes me $8.This is a mish-mash of various court transcripts, excerpts from police reports and third party commentary. There is no story, no structure, just information that in some cases appears to have been scanned in, page numbers and all. Please learn from my error and don't waste your mone.

GREAT book about the Routier Case
Amazing book about Darlie Lynn Routier, a texas woman who was convicted of stabbing her 2 sons, 5 year old Damon Christian Routier and 6 year old Devon Rush Routier to death and then sentenced to death. This almost 700 page book is so detailed and has pictures (black and white) relating to the case. In my opinion this book is the best and most detailed book written about the Routier case and I liked it so much that I got one for myself and one to give to a friend of mine who is also interested in the Routier case. I very highly recommend this book to anyone interested in true crime, maternal filicide and/or the Darlie Routier case. This case, more than any others that I have heard about is fiercely debated by people who think that Darlie is innocent and was wrongfully convicted against people who think that she's a cold-blooded murderer and that she's guilty as sin. Also Darlie Routier's mother has started a website that is always trying to convince people to "donate" money to help pay for lawyers (even though Darlie Routier's attorneys are being paid for by the taxpayers of Texas) or investigators (even though in the 20 years that Darlie has been on Death Row she has been saying this and so far, the results from these imaginary "investigators" has ever proven anything helpful to Darlie's case) and to date Darlie Routier has had more post conviction DNA tests than any other inmate in Texas and there has never been any DNA (other than Darlie's) on any of the evidence and a friend of mine who knows Darlie Kee (the mother of Darlie Routier) told me that she is a compulsive shopper who is always spending, spending, spending and always has expensive new cars. I wonder how much of the money that Darlie's supporters sent to her ended up going to help her mother buy stuff or Darlie's commissary fund? I think that it's totally inappropriate to solicit money from strangers when Darlie has 3 hots and a cot, medical care and an attorney at taxpayer expense and her mother is middle class, at least. Hopefully the people donating money to them will wise up and realize that there are FAR better causes to donate money to.

author's writing skills at jr-high-school level, poorly educated
The subject was of great interest, but the treatment was extremely disappointing. Promised to provide unbiased exposure of evidence, but did not deliver. Fraught with glaring mistakes in grammar, spelling, inaccuracy of words, and full of mistakes that I, as a life-long resident of Dallas County, easily spotted. How was this book accepted by any publisher?
