I got scratches on my helmetI got this helmet on 17th may and When today I Unboxed it and removed its visor cover it has many scratches and scratches on backside of itIt’s build quality and is very comfortableBut it scratches has given mei issue

Is this a genuine product?
The media could not be loaded. Is this a genuine product? The white sole inside the helmet is clearly visible, which was not the case in my earlier helmet bought from Royal Enfield showroom. Also, the small belt at the back of the helmet is missing, but it is present in the image description.
