Amazing treadmill
I love this treadmill. Its sleek, has a nice big screen and isnt very loud during operation.

Disappointed
For the price of this treadmill one would think the quality would be way better. The tablet is very lagging and the whole treadmill moves when running even after I made sure everything was tightened. The treadmill belt shifts while running every now and then and it throws me out pace. I set up a return and for it to be picked up only for no one to show up and no call or email any why it never happened.

It works fine but came with scratches.
Not the best packaging for Delivery. It has 4 scratches noticeable and one crack on plastic. It wont let me post pictures. But I don't want to go through returning it and to assemble another one. It seems to work good though. Fan is a little loud too.

Haven’t had any issues
First off - I have always been very aware that I need an ifit membership in order to make the most use out of this product. I don’t think that’s ever been a secret. The membership fee is reasonable, in my opinion. I can understand how they would require continuous income to provide content. We don’t question paying instructors for spin classes so I’m not really sure how this is any different when they’re flying to other countries to provide us with new classes.I also find the runs to be very informative and love all the facts they talk about during the run. It makes me forget that I’m even working out and helps draw me into the class more. The tablet works a lot faster and seamlessly after the most recent update. Prior to the update, it’ll the class did lag every 5 seconds but after I haven’t had any issues. The treadmill functions perfectly fine. I don’t have any weird noises or shakiness. I have it on carpet.Would definitely recommend! Although I’d suggest buying directly from proform for better deals and assembly option. If you message a rep they often through in additional deals.

Not suitable for home assembly.
The delivery was 2 hours past the latest ETA, so tied me to the house for five (5) hours in order to be present for delivery. Assembly is a 10 man-hour, and largely requires two people (WOW!). The powder coating on many body pieces is so thick that screws have to be driven in and out 3 or 4 times before they finally grip, and you're afraid the whole time that you're going to strip them. There are left and right plastic moldings at the floor level that aren't even shown in the assembly diagrams, and you realize near the end that they needed to be installed near the beginning of the build. The piston attach bar under the bottom side of the treadmill, doesn't have screws to mate with, just two long slots - either the treadmill should have come with big nuts or it's a design defect At this point I gave up on further assembly and plan to send it back.I see that Amazon is offering to send someone out for assembly problems. Good idea but that adds another week delay before I can use a treadmill, and I've already waiting two weeks for delivery. When there are known assembly issues of this magnitude, either the product was unsuitable for sale in the first place or the assembly person should have come at the time of delivery, not to mention that I'll have to make an appointment in another 3 hour window where they'll arrive 2 hours late like yesterday. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT buy this treadmill from Amazon.

Great treadmill. IFit is super motivating too
Anyone who gives one star or a bunch of retards: who do not know how to troubleshoot, oil or adjust a treadmill belt, or even put it together properly. I’ve never had a problem. They no longer make this one at 22” screen or decline at up to 3% so be happy!

Screen is very laggy, and belt makes noise when in motion
Screen is very laggy, and belt makes noise when movinGTried contacting Amazon for a replacement, and Josh S., a supervisor, hung up on me. So disappointed with this purchase.

progress heading on the screen
When we started last January, we had headings on the screen which gave us time elapsed, workout time, distance traveled, etc. After the latest "update" I can no longer have those, only really basic data on the bottom of the screen. That just doesn't get it for me. I am pushed by seeing my progress in real time. I very much enjoyed the Grand Canyon series where all of that was visible. Since then, nothing to help me. Several times when the workout was too short, I'd simply opt for a second workout and defer the 10 minute cool down. I really want to get about 3 miles per day on the machine but it's now hard to figure that out. Please bring the heading information data back!
