This sugar is smooth as talcum powder, and therefore it blends well with the butter, giving it a smooth consistency to my buttercream. Very happy with this product, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a smooth and velvety texture to their frostings. I would advise on sifting the sugar before using it on icings.
