It probably would but it wouldn’t be an ideal fit. I would be afraid it might jiggle free in transit. I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re going to be carrying it much.

Does it fold all the way back so I can use it as a tablet?

It does. I added a keyboard. If you also add one, just disconnect it first and then it can be folded. The spine of the case is fabric, not a hard plastic.

Faulty design

A totally useless design. Its straps are blocking the charging port and windows start button. Can't use tilt support of the device with cover. If you want to pack your device and keep it away only then this cover can be used.
