If the low pressure code is showing because of a loss of transmission fluid or a slipping transmission, we would expect this product to be able to help. It will stop current leaks and prevent future leaks by protecting and reconditioning the seals. It also uses extreme pressure / anti-wear agents to provide better metal-to-metal friction properties, which helps stop slipping, jerking, rough shifting, and shudder, which improves shift feel to give better driving comfort. Q: Do i have to take out 325 ml of my altima's transmission fluid before adding the cvt fix fluid ?

No I just added to my cvt it’s amazing how fast it starts to work with in 200 miles

In looking up the code you specified, it appears that possible causes for this code may be electrical issues - "Possible causes: Faulty Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) assembly, CVT harness is open or shorted, CVT circuit poor electrical connection". If the valve that the solenoid controls is sticking because it is dirty or has varnish on it, we can help; however if the issue is a bad connector or the solenoid itself, we are sorry to say this product would not be expected to fix it. This product was developed to stop/treat existing leaks, so there really is no recommended frequency for use. One bottle of CVT Transmission Fix treats 6-10 quarts of total fluid capacity. For smaller systems (3 to 5.9 quarts), use half a bottle, and for larger systems, use 1 bottle for every 8 quarts. It may be necessary to remove some fluid to get the full dosage in - do not overfill. After you add the recommended dosage, you will start to see results immediately, or within 4 days / 200 miles of driving. In CVTs with seriously damaged components, a second treatment may be needed. In this case, it is suggested that the fluid and filter be changed and a second application of CVT Transmission Fix be added. Do not buy this, unless!!

Buy this only if you want to throwaway your money, this things wont fix your cvt issues. CVTs are complex machinery, there might be an underlying mechanical issue to fix. if you really want to try it out, a better option is to drain and fill the cvt with OEM or other synthetic oils. This is a snake oil, dont fall for it.

Should I try ?? Bit confused..

My 2013 Pathfinder is showing symptoms of slipping. Car just hesitate to takeoff. Once it accelerates the drive is smooth. 188336 kms on the dash. Bought this product and its on the way. Please recommend whether to give it a try or not.
