I like to use this after a day of working at the table or desk. It helps my neck muscles relax - I use it for about two minutes each way, and I’m good to go. Sometimes if I do it for longer, my nerves feel a little numb. For under $20, I am really happy with this purchase. It’s not a cure all, or a substitute for exercises, physical therapy or medical advice, but it has helped after a day of staring at the screen.Good product, good price, follow the instructions and be consistent.

This product is well made and easy to use. After using it once, the tension in my neck became less intense which made me happy. When I ordered it showed “same day delivery” which is one of the reasons I chose the product but that was not the case. so I was a little disappointed about that.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to share my experience with this product — it’s excellent. I’ve struggled with neck and shoulder pain for a long time and have tried so many options like cryotherapy, physical therapy, and acupuncture. While some helped a little, they were expensive and not long-lasting.I’ve been using this product for just four days, both morning and evening for 10 minutes, and I already feel a big difference. My neck pain has significantly reduced, and my range of motion is much better. It’s simple, effective, and affordable — and I’m genuinely happy with the results. Highly recommend!

I purchased this device about two months ago to correct my posture, which was contributing to problems with my shoulder. Initially I found it very helpful. It was comfortable to use and I noticed improvement in my posture. However, about a month ago I stayed on it for a longer period of time, probably around 10-15". Since then I have been experiencing an increasing level of vertigo, to the point where I cannot walk without holding onto something or someone. After contacting a family member who is a chiropractor, I learned that this is due to a shift in the crystals in the ear canal and is correctable by using the "Epley maneuver." Hopefully that is the case. She also said that this device should only be used by someone who is receiving regular chiropractic adjustments.FOLLOW UP: I posted the above review on 9/4/23. The following day I was contacted by the seller apologizing for the difficulty I experienced and offering me a full refund. I was quite impressed by the professionalism of the seller in reaching out to me and offering a refund, which I had not even requested. However, I chose not to accept the offer because my problem occurred as the result of not using the product correctly per the instructions. My husband assisted me in performing the Epley Maneuver (we watched a YouTube video) and my vertigo rapidly improved. Once I resume chiropractic treament, I plan to beginning using this product again according to the recommended guidelines, as I was truly beginning to see benefits.

I have suffered with vertigo for many many years with flareups that kind of come and go with time at any time, and I absolutely swear by this pillow, this has helped me so immensely!! I use it for 10 minutes a day and it literally takes the vertigo away. I also suffer from neck problems, which causes a lot of my vertigo as well and this pillow definitely helps with that too. This is the best investment I’ve made.!!

I’ve been dealing with neck issues that make it hard to sleep, so I decided to give this a try. The first time I used it, my neck was a bit sore afterward, but after that, it really started helping. I was surprised that it also relieved tension in my shoulders and upper back. You can definitely feel it stretching the muscles in your neck and shoulders. I use it twice a day for 10 minutes each time, and it’s made a noticeable difference.

Better than a bed pillow for support when exercising but a bit too much pressure on top of spine. I like it.
