I recently purchased the LENCENT Car FM Transmitter, and my experience with it has been a mix of both positives and little disappointments. The LED lights on the edges of the device are not working, but it is not of importance. Additionally, I found that the device's frequency setup requires careful attention. If not set correctly, adjacent frequencies of FM radio stations can interfere and create a slight buzzing noise. In conclusion, the LENCENT Car FM Transmitter offers some useful features, such as wireless Bluetooth connectivity and multiple charging options. Also, the support from the Lencent Customer Service team is excellent!

It is not often I take upto Amazon to write a review but it's also important everyone contributes to good results. This Bluetooth has evething that I wanted. It is super easy to setup and once connected it has no hissing sounds. The bass boost feature and ability answer calls also makes it very convinient whilst driving. I also found the the mic on this to very good and my friends can hear me very clearly. Very much reccomended to anyone looking to get one

Product arrived exactly as described. Bluetooth works well, radio pairs seamlessly with the car, and the inbuilt mic works great for calls. Was skeptical about the charger since so many claim fast charging and then fall short, but I can confirm that both the USB-C and the Right USB-A port support fast charging on my phone, and I even verified that I was getting 2.4 Amps on the Ampere Android app. (The left USB-A port is for USB audio, so that charges slow). All in all great product with really good design. Would definitely recommend.

I received this item today as I saw it was an Amazom's choice, but unfortunately I received a damaged piece, dancing lights are not working, LED display is quiet invisible, need magnifier to see the frequency display. I tried but i couldn't find the option to return or change this item.

It has sound problem , sound level is limited . It is good for call as sound is excellent For music sound is limited and low

For the short run i have used this, it is amazing for the price tag, i can now use my car speakers for music without the AUX cable hustle, answer calls, reject calls, move to next song or previous song. it was easy to connect once i found an empty FM station the speaker sound is a little bit dim but at all a problem with that price. Recommended .

Le produit est conforme à la description, il est bien emballé avec une notice d'utilisation à l'intérieur de son paquet pour vous guider, simple d'utilisation prise en main rapide, il fonctionne correctement avec les bons réglages indiqués, seul bémol que je trouve après un premier essai, c'est lorsque vous montez trop le volume du son ou que vous activez la fonction basse amplifier, il y a des grésillements à voir ce que ça donne sur le long terme. Mise à part ça, il remplit ces fonctions correctement la qualité du son est bonne, le Bluetooth fonctionne correctement il se connecte très rapidement à votre téléphone et la fréquence radio choisi. Le jeu de lumière est bof, il n’est pas vraiment en adéquation avec le son mais cela reste sympa quand même pour l’ambiance de nuit.

Received the unit with the box already opened. The 2 clear circle tapes were cut and finger prints on the unit. When using the phone calling feature, the other side cannot hear me. Tried several different persons and same issue. Clearly I was shipped a used defective unit. Contacted vendor and will post back what their response will be. *** Update : Vendor reached out and offered refund. I ordered another unit from them via Amazon and a new unit arrived. Not the fault of the vendor. Vendor made the situation right and giving them 5 star rating for their support and assistance! The new unit was as I had hoped for. This is the only few FM bluetooth transmitters that really is STEREO (2 channels, left and right). I have tried other ones from different vendors and they're MONO (even though they state STEREO). If sound quality and clarity is important to you, then the Lencent FM bluetooth transmitter is the right choice. - TRUE 2 channel STEREO (Left and right) - 2 charging ports work as described with QC3.0 and PD charging. Have not tested the USB storage as I stream from my phone - different options for light flashing is nice for those who like it with the option to disable it - simple instructions to setup, provided with manual - joystick control is unique and smooth. Easier to control compared to other units that have a strong dial to rotate (find them more effort required than a simple tap on joystick) Wish there was an additional PD port but overall I'm quite impressed and satisfied with Lencent.
