From the manufacturer Sneak into celebrity parties Go backstage at awards shows Peer into the minds (and dressing rooms) of the biggest stars All things entertainment in every issue Review: Excellent Look Into The Lives Of Celebs! They're Not Just Like Us, But "US Weekly" Will Make You Feel That They Are!! - "US Weekly" is an excellent magazine when they're not wasting space on "The Hills" and all that fake drama (and no-name "celebs"). It gives the reader a look into the lives of stars. That's basically what people want from it, a guilty pleasure...escapism. What's so-and-so been up to this week while I had a crap week at my job(?) Of course people love to see celebs go down in flames, hence the # of covers devoted to Britney (or Anna Nicole, Lohan, etc...) during her "breakdown." There's plenty of that here. It's not my thing, but it must be somebody's! Judging by the most recent reviews, people didn't like the Sarah Palin cover. I didn't much like all the attention she got either. It was a waste. But I immediately re-upped my subscription for a year after that story ran. I also just bought 5 gift subscriptions for friends. (Mags make great gifts...you get something new every week!) At less than half the price of "People" ("People" is a better mag, but it sells for $116/year..."US" is $52/year), how can you go wrong? You can even get a deal on it now and then through desertcart. Just keep checking. Love my "US!" Review: If you like truthfulness in your gossip... - Geez, I can't believe I actually just wrote those words. But seriously, it's a gossip magazine. Read Time Magazine if you want something literary. Or US News & World Report. If you want gossip - and after a long day, really, is there anything better than a gossip magazine (other than a glass of wine, a hug from your family, and GOSSIP magazines) this is the magazine for you. I'm not sure how many years I've subscribed to it. And, even if I remembered I probably wouldn't admit it. This magazine clearly has the best sources - and that's something that's always nice to see in a magazine. And the pictures? You can't beat the pictures US is able to score.

Can't buy what I want...
I find it really hard to believe that I can't purchase a 6 month subscription as a gift without an automatic renewal. I don't want to spend $70 on my gift. Who does that? I don't want to be sucked into a setup that automatically drains my credit card until I realize that a subscription I am not going to receive is still arriving. Who does that? I don't want the extra burden of remembering to cancel this in 6 months. Nobody does that (which is why the companies structure their sales this way). Why can't these people get a clue and allow a customer with good money to purchase what they want. It is a shame that a good magazine is getting a bad rating because of their sales structure.

Thursdays - Something To Look Forward To
I love thursday afternoons when I receive my U.S. Weekly in the mail. There is nothing better in life than to relax after a hard day with a copy of U.S. Weekly. I'm not the only one who enjoys this magazine. I share my copies of U.S. Weekly with friends and students and they all enjoy reading this fun, clever and immensely entertaining magazine.

Great celeb gossip!
I really like this magazine for the latest celebirty gossip. It seems like one of the good ones out there - no fake stories and what-not. I like the feature in which they show stars' styles and show how to copy them for less. And the beauty section is nice, too - I like to copy some of the hairstyles or try some of the make-up trends. Overall, I enjoy getting this magazine every week, I look forward to it and have it all read by Monday!

US magazine subscription
I didn't realize that you could buy magazines on Amazon.com. I researched prices on-line and found that they had the best price and that there weren't any gimmicks or catches. Originally the website said that it would take up to 12 weeks to receive the first issue, but it was less than 2 weeks before my first issue was in the mailbox. I am really happy that I decided to order the magazine through Amazon. It was super easy and fast!

This is a good read while using the elliptical
This is the same mag that you read in the check out line. If someone buys this and doesn't give it 5 stars, it is kind of stupid. It is what it is. I probably won't renew the subscription because I don't know who all of the "stars" are anymore, but until then, I'll just look at the pictures.

About 3 Degrees Shy of People
US magazine was the first competition to People. It's a good magazine, but not People. They do weird things like sell advertising as editorial. Are we REALLY that dumb? Don't get me wrong. I still like it. It's just that is s really a dumbed down version of People. And BTW, People is really doing some weird things with the subscription to it. They are charging for postage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No way. \
