I have an overactive bladder, and I often have accidents at night; my body just doesn't wake me up to go. I have most likely ruined several beds because of this. I am going on vacation and I was panicking trying to figure out what i would do while in air bnb's! I searched a long time to find this brand and I'm honestly hoping that they work. I'm really happy that this fits, although it is snug, it isn't too tight to where i can't wear it and be comfortable. It doesn't bust open when I sit or lie down. I will update my review about the absorbency when that time comes, but for now, I'm happy, and I hope it works as it is supposed to!UPDATE: It absorbs!! I had an accident in the middle of the night, and when I woke up, everything was dry, and to test it further, I peed in it with a full morning's worth of bladder, and it didn't leak at all! 10/10 this works very well!

Quality.

These work great, far better than disposables, easy to wash in cold water and tumble dry on low. They stay put no matter how much I move, and hold a lot of liquid.

Cloth incontinence briefs / diapers have never really been an attractive option for me.This was one of the few brands that seemed legitimate and had good reviews, and I am pretty satisfied with them. I doubled up the pads but that's what I do with most products, so it isn't to the discredit of the manufacturers that I resorted to that.* Pros : Good stitching, good absorbency if you double up the pads - (I wear for the night time), comfortable, and the purple is a really nice color.* Cons : The Velcro can be a little uncomfortable if you don't get it attached just right.All in all, 8.5/10. Maybe order additional pads if you have the same situation as me.

I have been looking for this type of waterproof cover for quite some time. I usually get the snap on feature, but it can be hard on the hands (think getting old) anyway, this Velcro feature, is quick and easy to put on. And the absorbency pads are great they pick up the leaks from the diaper, no more waking up to a wet bed. : ) Happy Child!!!

Bought these for my mom who has dementia because her caregiver will only use cloth diapers because of the environment and mom's sensitive skin, etc. They didn't use the inserts for various resons, so first off, I wish they sold the outer part separately. Love how they are soft inside and around the elastic. Love how they have velcro and are easy to fit and aren't as stiff as regular plastic pants that go over the diaper; however, the velcro is so strong, it is difficult ot pull off and begins to tear away at the construction of the pant over time. Finally, the way in which it is sewn to the elastic, as you can see from the picture, is not sturdy at all and has ripped apart in less than a year of use. I'm frustrated because I need to buy more, but I don't want to spend the money to just have them rip like this again.
