The item arrived as expected. Haven't used it yet. But appears to be exactly what I needed.

I took a chance since almost everything nowadays is cheap Chinese junk, and I wasn't disappointed. This is made well, and after a few weeks of use, I don't have any fears of it falling apart. As for functionality - it works for me! I have ridiculous tightness in my legs that effects my back, and despite stretching every which way it never really goes away. Using this thingy makes a difference for me... it allows me to stretch face-down and pull my legs to my back, or use it on my back to stretch my legs every which way possible. It's helped me, I hope it helps you also.

I would have given it a 5 but the strap is a little wider than I thought it was going to be.

Arrived super quick! It does everything to help me work on strengthening my muscles, as recommended by my Physical Therapist. I like how it has different loops. It helps me with other exercises too. 👍🏼
