Also please refer to mail dated 04/04/24 addressed to me from Mr Biswajit R of Customer Service. Here I was clearly advised that there was no need to return the defective item and that I may dispose it at my convenience. This I have done. Also I had clearly mentioned that I am not interested in a refund but the equipment should be replaced. This communication gap has deeply inconvenienced me as I am 74 years old and need this for breathing under doctor's advice. Please ensure that this is replaced immediately as desertcart will be totally responsible for any untoward incidents. An immediate solution may please be effected.
