Knipex wrenches all have the length of the tool as the last part of their part number in millimeters. The black one is 125mm or 4.9 inches. The silver one is 150mm or 5.9 inches. Just look on the handle for any knipex tool for example "87 01 125" part number the last 3 digits is the length.

Would a multitool fit in the pouch?

Definitely. The pouch has an elastic divider; both included tools can nestle into one half, with room for more tools in the other. (internal dimensions roughly 5"x2.25"x1.25" with over an inch of headroom, and expanding sides) Along with both pliers, I tried a Sog Power Access Deluxe [larger than Leatherman Wave] AND full bit holder in mine, no problem. Li'l red elastic tab on each side can hold mini ratchet, pen, light, etc.

Is there room in the pouch to fit a 4” adjustable wrench?

Yes, there is enough room in the pouch to add a 4" adjustable wrench and a couple of other small tools. Pouch is not oversized though. At first, I thought I would set the pouch aside, but it has turned out to be easy to clip on and off my belt and I hang a small flashlight on the outside of it, along with a 6" adjustable wrench inside.
