These arrive well sealed in a dark brown bottle. The expiry date is very poor - 4 months. Therefore if buying them in the next few months from the date of this review, you may want to contact them to find out the expiry date you can expect if you want a fresh supply.The capsules were the normal size, and the clear softgel that is usual for fish capsules. If you don't normally have a problem with swallowing fish capsules, you won't have an issue with these. I noticed no after taste, stomach distress or belching.At 1 a day you get a 2 months supply. They are bovine gelatin capsules though, so not suitable for Vegans.A few E numbers in there (which are now called INS). I am curious why they added Sorbitol Solution to the ingredients. Not only a sugar substitute but often used as a laxative. Why was this a necessary additive for fish oil capsules when other brands don't see the need?Disappointed in these as I took them at their word that it was 'free from additives', didn't expect Sorbitol Solution or Refined Soyabean Oil in fish oil capsules, usually the additives are just tochapherols.
