Peru Food Garlic Paste - Ajo en Pasta, 7.5 Oz

So much better than your usual cheap white garlic. Aromatic and smooth. A delight. It is however not as strong and you need quite a lot more, this is why my 4 star instead of 5. But I will buy again.

Other than the Fresher "requires refrigeration" type, this is my favorite Garlic Paste thus far. My highest praise is not forthcoming due to the 288mg of sodium. Otherwise, great stuff!

Yummy, dairy free (unlike the stuff I can find in my local market) and packaged in glass! I'm very sensitive to plastics, so this was a huge win for me!

This garlic paste gave my meats a great flavor. Tasty even out of the jar.

Handy, but not terribly strong. I I feel like I use a lot.

To expensive for small containers

The garlic is not exactly a paste- a little runny for that. But I like the taste and it was spreadable so I would order it again. I used it to season some homemade crostinis and they were delicious.

Too thin, not enough garlic flavor.
