Works just like advertised. It's a solid step-up into bed. I had a complete hip replacement. This bedside step-up into our bed made the in and out of bed virtually painless.

This is a heavy duty well made step. I have purchased several different variations of bed steps for my wife and each one had its cons. They were either to short, not wide enough, not sturdy, no adjustments, etc. but this one hit all the marks. The motion light was an added bonus we didn’t realize that we needed until we used it.

I searched and searched for the right product to solve problem of bed being too high. I tried other things before and was afraid of stepstools with handle, because had used this prior, , and made mistake one nite by stepping too close to the edge- it tipped and I fell on the edge of stool and fractured ribs. I wanted something sturdy and boy was this for me. It is all metal , has a long step, has 2 rails— one about waist level and then a lower one on the other end. There were 2 Velcro straps that were included to attach the bench to your bed frame, but was unable to use that way because I have drawers under the frame. ( That’s why the bed is so high). However, because I have a handle attached to my bed, so the straps were attached to that. The legs have rubber tips to prevent movement, and there are two levels to elevate or lower height,, which I think is great! Had to adjust it first time. The only thing that I think might be a drawback ,if your bedroom is small, be sure you measure and compare size because is large, but even that I knew the measurement, I was taken back, at first, when we took it out of box . It is big, but I would buy it again , and again, because it gives me a sense of security. Love it! Great product!.

The ordering process was very smooth. The product came quickly. And we’ll packed. There was one dented post that made opit a little difficult to put together but it is very sturdy. We are very happy with our purchase..

I got this for my wife after she had an episode of extreme vertigo, balance and dizziness distress. She loves it. It was easy to assemble but very sturdy and she loves the auto-on and off night light that illuminates when she has to get up in the night.

One of the best stools for someone that has stability issues. Have it by the bed and have not had any falls by the bed sense we got it.

Was needed when sister had been falling when getting out of bed.No falls while getting out of bed for two months now.

My husband has Parkinson's and getting in and out of a high bed safely was a real problem before this step. Highly recommend this product. I needed help assembling it.
