NOT ALL THE SAME SELLERS!!!! It makes a difference. JSM is GREAT!
This is the 2ND machine I've purchased from JSM Computers out of Oklahoma. The first was purchased in 2016 and finally kicked the bucket this year. I specifically wanted a machine from them. YOU MUST PAY ATTENTION TO THE "SOLD BY." The description remains the same, but since I purchased this machine last week, the SOLD BY has changed THREE TIMES to companies with worse business ratings. I checked this because I was recommending the unit to some friends, and wanted to make sure they purchased from JSM.The pre-purchase response was EXCELLENT with same day and late business hours answers to questions. When I booted the machine and tested the USB ports, a few weren't accepting wired Keyboard and Mouse. I let JSM know and Mark responded very quickly. I was still testing, but I wanted him to be apprised of the situation. I do NOT waste time with the Amazon support. Their solution to any crisis is pack it up and send it back. Instead, I kept testing and after some WIFI and BLUETOOTH adapters were inserted, the supposedly dead USB ports worked, and with the wired mouse and keyboard. The PC came clean... you could not tell how old is is unless you know computers. No noticeable wear or damage. They send a WIFI adapter, and I plugged that in, hooked up the monitor I already had, and it popped up easy as toast. Needed a bluetooth adapter, and once that came, accepted it (TP Link 5.0) without any issues. Did some bluetooth searches for speakers (you will need better speakers) and it found the Oontz Angle 3 and Tozo6 earbuds, without any issues. It's also found my TV, Roku stick, and something I don't know what it is (should probably find out). The machine is fast. Programs pop up fast, downloads are fast, and when I type, it's immediately responsive. Can't say anything about gaming unless you want to talk Angry Birds friends or Solitaire, but for productivity, online browsing, running applications like Scrivener, Libreoffice... It's a great machine for under $200 (I purchased a 3 year protection plan just because which made it $200.) Now if I have issues with it, I'll update this review, so if you don't see any update, it's doing just great.Remember JSM computers sold me this machine and provided pre-purchase support, actually on another two machines, and I ended buying this one. Oh! and I was informed by Mark that the Microsoft Certification that came as a sticker on my last machine is now built into the computer memory/hard drive? and recognized when you go online. I notice a number of reviewers doubting authenticity of software because they didn't see a sticker.Dell Optiplex 7010 Desktop Computer - Intel Core i7 Up to 3.8GHz Max Turbo Frequency, 16GB DDR3, New 1TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit, WiFi, USB 3.0, DVDRW, 2X Display Port (Renewed) - Excellent Condition. $180.11.

Fast setup. Great graphics and monitor.
great bang for the buck. Easy setup . Monitor has awesome color and great size. Video quality is superb. This machine has all the power and performance I require for a small home office and could probably work for a busier small office. I would buy again.

It's too early to know if it'll run great for awhile but so far so good, kinda
I just got this today and after some finnagling and set up, everything appears to be running smoothly. I was surprised to learn, and this is completely on me for not reading into the details, that there is no HDMI ports on this and I thought that was whacky. Regardless, I had all the cables (mine came with a power cable fyi, I saw some reviews who said they didn't get one) I needed to hook this up, but I had to use the VGA hookup along with a separate audio jack which I haven't done in maybe 10 years but it all worked out eventually. The reason I'm knocking off a star for now is because the version of Windows 10 I got, which is authentic and I did register it, was broken right off the bat. Now, I'm not dumb with technology though my luck with it is horrible (and luckily I'm not dumb with it because I can usually fix it) and I know it's very, very likely this is neither the PCs fault nor the seller, and I want to make that very clear, but I wanted my rating to reflect that I did run into issues that took over six hours to fix and people should know what they might be up against. I've had Windows 10 on other PCs and never had a problem with Windows Defender (I actually just turn it off in not careless enough to get viruses, etc) but this version wouldn't let me turn off the Antivirus. It wouldn't even let me open the Antivirus portion of Defender- every single time and about thirty restarts the result was the same no matter how I tried to open it- spinning blue wheel next to the cursor while the system lags forever until I restarted it. Which means I couldn't, and still can't deactivate the Antivirus. The rest of it, the firewall etc, I could deactivate but not that. And normally I wouldn't care except it was stopping app downloads that ended with .exe and there was nothing I could do about it, which made setting up the PC the way I want it incredibly difficult. What should've taken maybe an hour took the entire day and most of the night trying to find a work around, which I eventually did by downloading the apps I want to an online server I have, then downloading them with an ftp client instead of the browser. It was frustrating as hell, but all is good now. It's still gonna be a problem in the future and one I'm gonna have to figure out eventually but for now everything is working great. If you're not a computer expert and you happen to run into the same issues I did prepare to just give up and let Microsoft dictate how you use your PC. if you know your way around most PCs and have a decent understanding of them you'll probably be okay. And honestly this most likely won't happen to you. People say I'm pessimistic but those that know me understand I have an amazing ability to have every single thing I touch turn to crap. Am I pessimistic because everything I have sucks for no reason or does everything I have suck because I'm pessimistic? I think it's the former and not the latter but it doesn't matter.Anyway, so far this seems like a great bargain, this PC is about 3x the specs of my last pc before it bit the dust a few days ago and for this price regardless of my minor complaints I feel like I got the deal of the century.
