Very nice quality light - clear and bright - easy to use. Just plug it in & swipe finger lightly across button on top of light to turn it on or off. NOT fussy - very straight forward, sleek design. Does not get too hot when in use. Attaches to tank with plastic screw which holds light securely against aquarium & can be adjusted to thickness of your glass (the glass on my tank is 5 mm thick). Very happy with my purchase.

This is a 10 gallon Black Water tank. This light works perfect with my tank.

I have 4 of these units; 1 on my 10-gallon tank, another on my 3 ft (ideally should be 2 but It's not planted and has a nice effect), and 2 on my 4ft planted tank (works well but probably should be 3). The lights are dead simple to set up and use as they only have a power on/off button. The light is a clean white balance that makes fish and plants look good. Even though I have the basic and not the planted version my plants are still growing well in my 18-inch deep 4 ft tank.

Nice light, affordable, super easy install (if you can turn a screw you can install this), bright, does the job—- doesn’t seem to help live plants grow. Not sure if that’s a claim or not, but you’ll likely need additional lights if you’re using this for aquatic gardening/planting.
