My coworker turned me onto this when I had a small headache in my forehead. She used this on me and it actually worked. I bought my own and keep it in my purse. It is great for minor headaches around the face so you can easily roll in on.

This works really well, either on its own or in addition to paracetamol when the headache is bad. Great for people who struggle with taking tablets or in a school bag as taking painkillers into school is generally not allowed. It’s not going to touch a migraine but really helps with regular headaches and a good double whammy when you need it. Has a cooling effect almost like Vicks and no overpowering smell. Your head doesn’t look greasy after application either. We have very sensitive skin and haven’t reacted to it which is a huge plus too.

Always make sure I have these in my bedside drawer since I suffer with frequent headaches/migraines due to rhinitis. It really does work to soothe the area and ease the pain. I've started keeping one in my bag so I have it on the go too and I always recommend it to anyone who says they suffer with headaches.
