This is impossible to wipe yourself. The poopsticks to the end of the rod with toilet paper on it. You never get a clean wipe.

I had my right shoulder replaced (I am right handed), and this tool worked like a charm. NO issues whatsoever.

The Lenght of the item is correct, the Diameter of the Tool end is to big. The ejection mechanism is worthless , The Paper will Not fall away as its advertised.

I have bought several of these over the years. The design is useful overall, but the bottom where the user can drop used toilet tissue is badly designed, and often doesn't work, It also brake easily, I one had one break a week after I got it.
