Well this looks awesome , while giving you all the benefits of drinking in copper utensils .. the cap goes bad after 2 or 3 weeks max. These bottles are expensive and without been able to close the cap they are useless. The threading will start making sound as you close and eventually after a 2-3 weeks you wont be able to close or open it even with all the efforts. The bottles looks amazing and am not looking to see if can find any caps that would fit and look good as well.

I absolutely love this water bottle! Excellent quality, gorgeous design only one small criticism, it doesn't keep liquids cold very long. I use this only at home as it is not insulated so it doesn't keep water cold for long. But it doesn't claim that it does. I bought it mainly for the therapeutic claims. I fill it several times a day and it helps remind me to drink my water! I feel so much better when I stay hydrated. I need to find an insulated sleeve I can use with it to keep my water cold longer. I just hate that a cover will hide the beautiful design of the bottle.

The media could not be loaded.  THIS IS NOT PURE COPPER it is copper plated but here is the important question, what is under the plating? When the copper eventually chips off what will dissolve into your water? Is it lead based tin? Aluminum? Pewter? Or some other toxic metal that you will eventually end up drinking? The description is very misleading, this is not "pure" copper, its a thin copper layer over some other unknown metal and I guarantee its not stainless steel. With this bottle you will eventually be drinking toxic metals dissolved in your water and those toxic metals under the copper dissolve a lot faster than copper does. So enjoy your temporary dose of copper and then get ready for some arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury or who knows what else.

The bottle is absolutely beautiful. It really does make water taste better to me. And I love knowing that I am doing something good for myself by drinking out of it.
