Q: Is there any way to tighten where it swivels? I find the unit a little wobbly and water is getting in between that crevice.

Hi, did you place the washer in the correct place? It should not be on the counter. I did not place washer bergen faucet and counter. I also didn't use the plate. Is very tight no wobbly. I'll pay pics. Let me know

Q: What is the difference between gold colour and brushed gold. Maybe someone can post a real pictures from both.

I would assume one would be matte and the other shiny however both state in the product information that they have a brushed finish. Unless that’s a typo, seems to be no difference.

Q: My faucet hose is not retracting after installation ? Any tips on how to fix it?

Make sure you put the "weight" on the hose - slightly to the side that goes into the goose neck. This will result in a shorter distance that you pull out the hose, but it will self retract.
