Durable but too short for two people. You are too close to the person listening with you. Also, the sound is just ok.

Wasn't expecting great quality due to price but absolutely fine for teaching manual blood pressures. 'Bog standard ' chest auscultation heart and bowel sounds ok but not clear enough to pick up added sounds /abnormalities.
