Can this be used with face paint?

That is exactly what I used it for. Put it on your clean skin and let it dry (5-10 min). Then put your makeup on over it. It worked great for me my face paint did not get runny or sweat off, which is amazing cause I was in the humid Houston heat.

Can i use this with a pore filler primer? and also do i still need a finishing spray after i do my makeup?

Not sure about a pore filler (I think it does fill pores). I sweat a lot, so I use a finishing spray after I do my makeup just to be sure.

Does this only affect sweat, or would it help reduce an oily T zone?

I guess it might. It didn't help a whole lot with my sweating though.

Can this be used with face paint?

I have never used it with face paint but I believe that you can. These products were designed for the stage, theatrical productions and can withstand the heat from the lights and sweat.
