Why did I wait so long?
World of a difference. Can see the blind spot in my stock mirror? Do you see what the blind spot mirror captures? It’s worth the buy. Straight game changer. Actually, I’m sad that I am just now purchasing this after so many years.

It's good but.....
I've always been a user of blind spot mirrors even if the vehicle has the blind spot sensors because they give you a quick view of what's coming up before the sensors even kick in. This is real useful when someone decides to change into your lane at the last second without signaling. I like this mirror because it doesn't have a huge frame around it so it blends into the side mirror really well. The downside is that it is advertised as having two mounting options, one with the swivel base and one without but it really doesn't. I prefer it without the swivel base because with the base it sits high and provides an edge that can get snagged on clothing or when you are washing your vehicle. The problem is that the product listing as well as the packaging show the mirror with the adhesive ring already mounted to it and it gives the impression that all you have to do is take the adhesive dot and position it inside the ring to provide a nice big round adhesive area for fixed mounting BUT that dot comes already attached to the swivel base so YOU CAN'T DO IT!!! Fortunately I had a roll of 3M double backed tape so I cut a circle and put it inside the ring but guess what? The mirror is so curved that it's not flat on the back so the tape will not even contact the sideview mirror's surface. So much for it having two mounting options. I gave them to a friend who doesn't mind mounting them with the swivel base.

after 8 years still awesome!
so this is a long term review, i was just going through my archived orders and came across this and wanted to give a review because they have been so goodpurchased these in early 2017 for my suv, 8 years on and they are still working great, neither one has fallen off and they still stay adjusted if i ever have to move them if they get bumped or something like thatmirror is still crystal clear and holding up great, i would purchase these again with no hesitation, but for as well as they are lasting i probably won't have to unless i get a different vehicle

Adjustable mechanism breaks off easily and then goodbye mirror, DANGEROUS!
I want to like these - the concave/egg/oval shape is great, and the adjustability is great for use on my BMW R1100R motorcycle. However, the adjustable mechanism on these is undersized and breaks due to vibration and wind pressure. My first set broke very quickly, I think because I installed them partially sticking outside the main mirror area. One side broke in the garage when I brushed against it, and the other disappeared in traffic. Fine, my bad I guess. Lesson is - make sure they don't stick out past the mirror edge.I installed the second set in April, fully within in the mirror area, so they would not snag on anything and be sheltered at speed. These both broke this weekend on my first freeway trip since install. The attachment for the adjustable mechanism is undersized and just broke off after a few hours on the freeway - I believe due to vibration and wind pressure around the edge of the mirror. This is disappointing result and I think a serious deficiency in an important safety item. You really don't want to lose your blind spot vision on any vehicle, but especially a motorcycle. Of course, ultimately the rider is responsible to adjust their mirrors appropriately - but losing these mirrors mid-ride is a PITA, and I think quite dangerous. The annoying thing is that these would likely work fine if the manufacturer just thickened up the plastic at the mounting location. Probably an extra cost of 0.1cents/unit, but some ding-dong designer was optimizing for cost and blah blah, here we are, junk.Unfortunately they are all like this, so I will probably try and find some different ones, and then reinforce with epoxy or something.Amazon should not be stocking or endorsing this product due to this serious safety-related deficiency.
