Works well on nasal and ear hair

I bought this mainly for the eyebrow and nasal trimmer. Both work well.The other pieces work too, for example if you miss a bit wet shaving, but I wouldn't expect too much.The USB is a big improvement on similar battery operated devices. It holds a charge well and is light and portable. After a few months use I have bought another one for a relative.

I purchased this item on 13th May 2022. In March 2023 the nose trimmer started to fail. By May 23 it either did not spin or did not cut. It certainly did not work. I tried again on 12th May 23 but still it did not work. The battery was fully charged and the motor and all other accessories worked perfetly.I couldnt contact the supplier so I contacted Amazon Customer service who very helpfully checked the details and suggested I return it for a refund. They emailed a returns postal lable and I took it to the drop shop the following day, exactly 365 days after I purchased it. I have just recieved an email from Amazon offering a full refund 10 out of 10 to Amazon and 0 out of 10 to the supplier.

It's easy to use and works remarkably well apart from the eyebrow trimmer, which is nowhere near as effective as the other heads and sits awkwardly in the plastic tray. You can use the hair trimmer instead if you're careful.
