Q: I keep seeing a lot of people saying your oils are not pure but your ingredients say 100%? So I'm confused why Ikeep hearing this.

Some are pure and some aren’t. If it says “lavender essential oil” it’s pure lavender essential oil. However, NOW brands also makes “fragrance oils” which are a combination of pure essential oils mixed with a carrier oil (their Jasmine Fragrance oil is an example of this- not pure jasmine essential oil, but a blend of jasmine essential oil in a carrier oil like jojoba). They are clear on the label which are 100% essential oils and which are fragrance oils, however! Just read the label before purchasing. Most are pure but if it says “oil blend” or “fragrance oil” it’s a mixture of essential oil and carrier oils.

Q: Is this from clove buds or from the leaves?

As of this date, a photo above of the label states: "Steam Distilled from clove buds, leaves and stems"

Something is wrong with their product. It smells off. And not lavender like at all

Q: Why does the picture say Lavandula officinalis but the description says Lavandula Angustifolia, which is it?
