Take 4 a day for your daily dose of creatine. If you struggle to swallow tablets, you may be better off using powder, as these are quite large capsules

Perfect I they are better than other creatine I have used. Helps with the energy levels and no aches and pains for days after a heavy session

Great product, 4 tablets per serving. So far so good, if your worried about what your buying please see there actual website as they are highly recommended and super professional. Yes they are big tablets but you take 4 in the morning and thats it. 1 tablet is 750mg and i think poeple have got confused as it does say 3000mg but if u read the directions of use then it states 4 per serving.

Seeing results in 2 and a half weeks
I'm usually a hard gainer but these tablets have really helped. Value for money and not too hard to swallow. Biceps feel hard lumps under my winter coat! Would recommend but give it a few weeks x
