It is helpful for when I need o stand for any length of time e.g. Viewing paintings. I feel conscious I have to be aware to balance correctly

not as helpful to walk with as the 'Swedish' style poles , but useful at times with the sitting aid, so good to have both to choose, depending on your situation i.e. better for visiting houses act & standing around more.
