Great Product, super fast shipping.
Just got these so I haven't used them yet. The quality looks awesome, they come with a really nice case that can be clipped to your harness. AND they arrived in 2 days (regular free shipping) what more can I say.Had to modify my review. After a few times using these, the prisms just came unglued and fell off. Wow, really poor manufacturing. So much for the quality. I lost the prism otherwise I would glue them back on with something that would hold. I advise against purchasing these if you expect to use them for any real climbing.

We were able to superglue it back in and they work fine, but I feel having to do so knocks ...
These are a must if you spend anytime on taller overhanging gym walls. A real neck saver and at the price they are a lot cheaper than other belay glasses available. As big of a fan as I am of these I did have to knock of a few stars because one of the prisms fell out on the 5th or 6th use while wearing them. We always keep them in the case when we are not wearing them. We were able to superglue it back in and they work fine, but I feel having to do so knocks one star off. I knocked the other star off because we contacted the company to let them know and never heard back from them.

Great fit, great peripheral vision, good price, will not lead belay without this!
LOVE it! No more strained necks! 5 stars for the fitting - sits very comfortable on my nose. Tried another brand (Pirates, a Spanish brand) and it kept slipping off my nose. I do not have a high bridge so it is tricky to wear glasses- any glasses. Y&Y fits really well. the peripheral vision is also excellent. With Pirates brand, i could only look at climber; with Y&Y, I have vision under my eyes (can see the rope below me in case of snags or watching my step in case i need to side step or back off if I accidentally step on a rock/obstacle when i am outdoors...) and i can glance from the corner of my eyes my surrounding. This is my second pair - it was painful having to buy again after misplaced the first pair but it is totally WORTH it! My first pair were the steel ones - they are a tad lighter and I noticed, after switching both back and forth a dozen of times looking at the mirror, that because the Plasfun is a tiny bit heavier, it gives a little crease (wrinkle) on my skin.I bought the steel one because is slightly lighter, thus does not pull as much which eliminates wrinkles. But you gotta be a fanatic like me to notice that. Both the steel and Plasfun function equally well! *I've been a climber for more than 20 years. The black color has been on discount for a while but i guess looks count so i paid extra for the red.

So glad I went with these!
These are GREAT!! My boyfriend is an avid rock climber and always complains about neck pain from belaying. I've been a couple of times and even my neck gets sore looking up to watch them climb... I can only imagine how annoying it would be to look up for HOURS!I've heard of these glasses before so I decided to go out on a limb and buy them for my boyfriend's birthday. I always open and inspect the items I purchase before gifting them ;) These are nice! They have a nice flexible but seemingly durable frame. I was surprised at how crystal clear the lenses are! The lenses are small enough so that you can look through them (seeing up) and over the glasses easily (seeing straight ahead) so you can stay oriented. I was a little nervous because the glasses didn't come in different sizes. Compared to me, my boyfriend has a much larger face/head ... these glasses fit both of us perfectly! The glasses come in a hard case to carry them around in, and a lanyard so you can secure them around your neck in case they fall off.I already gave them to my boyfriend but I remember there was a small screw driver in there as well. I was really impressed with the quality of this product and what it came with. So glad I went with these!

Lens Fell Off
I only use these when I'm lead belaying, so they've been used less than 12 times and kept in their case when not in use. A lens fell off yesterday. Fortunately I was in a position where I could recover it, but that was pure luck and certainly not a given in climbing. I glued it back on and all is well, but that's some shoddy manufacturing for a $50 piece of plastic and glass. Even better, I'm not the first person to have this happen - look at the other reviews.

Clear prisms & no more neck aches
What a difference these glasses make when belaying. Wish I bought them sooner. Our indoor gym has 40 ft & 60 ft routes, these really save my neck. I don’t like wearing any glasses so I took off 1 star because they are a bit uncomfortable for me (all glasses are) however I only wear them for short periods of time and it’s way better than having my neck ache. Prisms are crystal clear, 1,000 times better than the cheap $20-30 I tried on at the gym. Spend the extra money and get these.

Awesome!! Don't belay without them!
These are excellent! It took me a few times belaying to get used to the different perspective but now I use them when I belay for both toprope and lead and it's awesome! No more neck pain and I actually really like the perspective, I feel it helps me know even better when my climber needs to clip or when they look uneasy. I also frequently belay for kids, who often take a very long time to get up the wall, and without these my neck would be killing me. I'd definitely recommend this! Also, one of my climbing partners has the newer model and he was jealous that mine came with the neck strap; a very handy addition since you often need to start with them at the tip of your nose and then push them up when the climber is about 10 ft up the wall.

Great value, needs more color options
My glasses came with one side of them bent badly, just above the hinge. This was alarming at first, but after some scrutiny I could detect no actual fracture in the material and was able to very carefully bend the angle back into a reasonable shape. At least they're nice and tight I guess? Otherwise, the glasses work great. The prisms are somehow glued on to a comfortable frame that I wish came in a red or orange color and provide a suprisingly clear image. I would desire for a larger field of view but looking through the prisms does not provide a great sense of depth perception (especially when belaying a climber's descent) and therefore it suits the user well to just as easily look up or down from the prisms to see what they need to. Overall, these are priced exceptionally.

Ottimo prodotto!
Prodotto decisamente soddisfacente. La qualità dei prismi è rimarchevole; l'immagine riflessa è infatti pulita, nitida e luminosa. Il packaging è senz'altro positivo e gli accesori forniti molto comodi, in particolare fra tutti il cordino da collo.
