Was a little surprised at the size of the skeins. I can hold each one in a closed fist. But going back and freaking the description I got exactly what I ordered. Except "each" skein is only 65.35yds X 42. But these will work nicely for the hummingbird appliques I am making. The colors are fabulous.

Good quality thread

I loved the variety of colors. I didn't notice that it was size 8 cotton thread, but it didn't matter much. I have been making Christmas tree ornaments. I love crocheted ornaments on the tree. There is enough on each ball of thread to make 2 or 3 (sometimes more) ornaments (depending on what you make, of course). I bought many plastic round balls last year to put on our tree because they are unbreakable. I was busy crocheting other ornaments. But, this year I am crocheting around those balls and the variety of colors is very special.

I bought the same brand twice to have different colors. The quality is wonderful, however, I will be returning this as the colors do not match the picture. I ended up with the same color selection as the other one I purchased, just different packaging. The yarn in the picture should have some colors that are the same but there should also be a tan, grayish color and pinkish purple color (mauve?) that is not in the other color selection.It did move a little through shipping, so if this is a gift for someone I’d note that they tumble but are still secured :)

Quality

Honestly, I was pretty happy with the colors and sheet amount of thread. However the reason I am giving this a mediocre rating is because I am pretty bummed with the fact that the threads break super easily. I wouldn't buy this product again.

Very good. I had done a review on this before thinking it was a different product. My bad. These are very well produced.
