Does the job
Before getting these pee pads we would go through manually washing towels that we would need to change on the daily. Our pet bun is a little picky so litter box was only used to sleep in or to dig through all the chips/pellets or any other bedding. The sheets look awfully thin but it holds quite a lot and there's no foul odor.
