I used this as soon as it arrived and I was blown away! This is the most effortless and quickest flat iron I've ever owned. I finished my entire hair in about 10 mins and it left it so soft and shiny! Before this, I gave up on straightening my wavy hair because I'd start sweating using my old straightened cuz it took so long so it was counter productive and the hair I just straightened would just frizz up again. This is so quick, I don't even have time to sweat! I am am actually excited to straighten my hair again.

Love this tool. My hair looks so silky and healthy. It also leaves my hair feeling soft. I've even got asked if it was my real hair. Heats up very quickly. The whole touch screen thing is a little tricky. But the straightener, works very well. I haven't tried curling my hair with it, because I've always had terrible luck with any straightener curling my hair do to it being thick and naturally curly. But great product for the price.

This was a hit for my teenage daughter who goes thru hair appliances quickly. She loves the fact that she can control the temputure to the damage to her hair as well as the size and the quickness she can straighten her hair since it is so thick and wavy. Great price as well. Just as good as the expensive ones which she has owned but really likes this one better. Will have to wait to see how long its last...

I bought this straightener because my original Babyliss had a different voltage for the country I moved to. I loved my Babyliss a lot and so this was a difficult decision to make.This straightener is good in many regards. It heats SUPER fast! In like a second! It has a wide range of temperatures. It has a lock to store it closed, an option I had in my Babyliss and really loved! And the touch screen is pretty cool, even though I sometimes unlock it by mistake during the process.Now the reason I removed a star is because it does pull my hair in comparison to my old straightener. In the beginning I was really upset about that but with time I kind of grew to learn how to minimize the pulling. However, I still think they could improve that part about it. But for the price, I think it's worth it!

I Like this. It is packaged well,comes in a very nice velvet bag. It straightens my hair much faster than my 1" ,which is a rusk was much more expensive and had basically the same description as this. I wanted one with wider plates,it took at least 25min just to straighten my hair before work. I believe is a better product than my other. I have only used a few times So i will update later if any changes. I have very long thick hair and 1" takes so long a 2" is really to large to get close enough to some areas but the size is of these plates are just right. I got the previous one from my hairdresser that said you couldn't buy a good quality hot enough iron unless you got a professional one from the supply house. Which at her price was more than twice the price of this one.

This flat iron works great on my hair! When I straighten my hair, it lasts the entire week or until I wash it. I like the fact that it has different settings for hair types (whether damaged, etc). I’m so happy with my purchase.

I ordered this straightener about 10 months ago. I have to say I was happy with it until today when it stopped working. The device shuts off when moved at the point where the cord swivels, which is literally every time I try to use the straightener. I have purchased brands of straighteners from Target that lasted longer than this product.Update***** Kipozi contacted me rearding my review and offered to replace my product at no cost. I am very pleased with their friendly and supportive customer service. I respect them for standing behind their product and am so happy to continue use of their straightener
