I bought a total of three of these now one I had perched in a tree outside and it lasted 3 1/2 years, and I only had to change the batteries once… Then I think a squirrel or a heavy wind knocked it down, and it broke. I bought another one for my granddaughter, and she loved it, but her parents got annoyed with it so I haven't seen it at their house… So I bought another one and it's now perched in the same tree it was before nailed up a little better ... for how cheap these are they sure, but in California weather not harsh weather

Cheaply made
The leg was broken when we received it. Went ahead and put batteries in it to see how it worked. My son loved it and was devastated that it wouldn’t stay on the limb due to the broken leg. It was cheaply made and in my opinion not worth $20
